How It Works	CEOs, presidents and business owners meet in Focus Point groups to help each other gain fresh perspectives, deal with important issues and grow their businesses more effectively and profitably. Members receive: Candid advice from other company leaders who understand their perspective. Individual coaching from a professional business advisor. Presentations on key business & management topics by business experts.
Peer Advice	In small groups of 10 to 14, members from diverse businesses hold confidential discussions to resolve problems and capitalize on opportunities facing their businesses. The group's advice is candid, direct and to the point. Members hear what they need to hear, not just what they want to hear.
Professional Management	A professional chairperson and experienced business advisor leads each group. The chair organizes and facilitates group meetings, ensuring that each member has ample opportunity to utilize the group for assistance on key business issues.
Results	The group chair meets regularly with each member in individual coaching sessions to help implement ideas and suggestions taken from the group meeting.
